Software Engineer

Our client is Global Leading Market Maker and is looking for a core developer to join the software development team. The team builds high‑performance trading tools that power mission‑critical systems used across global financial markets. As part of the Core Development team , you will play a key role in designing and maintaining the core order management architecture of our trading platform. This includes handling internal message processing and ensuring seamless, ultra‑low‑latency connectivity with external trading venues, so that orders are processed efficiently, reliably, and at optimal speed.

1. Strong proficiency in modern C++ programming.
2. Working experience with Java development.
3. 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred; exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Extensive hands‑on experience developing in a Linux environment.
5. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals , including how data traverses networks and protocols such as TCP and UDP.
6. Strong knowledge of performance profiling and optimization .
7. Experience developing systems with high transaction volumes and low‑latency performance requirements .
8. Familiarity with distributed systems and/or highly concurrent architectures is an advantage.
9. Prior exposure to low‑latency trading systems or high‑throughput platforms is a plus.
10. Keen interest in trading technologies and financial markets .
11. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin , required to support the China market and collaborate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
12. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment .
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
