Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end product delivery and Agile transformation initiatives in Corporate Banking payment systems and internet banking applications, driving requirement gathering, documentation, and collaboration across regulated fintech and banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery for payment systems and Corporate Internet Banking applications within regulated fintech and banking environments
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Capture, analyze, and elicit business requirements, elaborating detailed JIRA user stories to support Agile development
• Manage Agile product development processes, applying Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence to deliver banking products and services
• Drive Agile transformation programs and projects, preferably using SAFe framework, to enhance team performance and delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology understanding with business needs, without requiring coding expertise
• Utilize MySQL and Oracle SQL skills to support data analysis and reporting requirements
• Maintain extreme attention to detail in all documentation and delivery processes
• Apply domain expertise in Corporate Banking, focusing on payments, SWIFT, and Corporate Internet Banking applications

Required competencies and certifications

• Recent 6+ years of IT Analysis experience with at least 3+ years in Corporate Banking
• Minimum 2+ years recent experience in Payments, SWIFT, or Corporate Internet Banking applications
• Proven experience in gathering requirements and maintaining BRD and FSD documentation
• Hands-on Agile product development experience with 3+ years in banking products and processes
• Successful track record managing Agile transformation programs/projects using SAFe or similar frameworks
• Expert proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Current role as IT Consultant or Analyst for at least 3+ years
• Working experience with MySQL and Oracle SQL databases
• Understanding of technology concepts relevant to banking products without coding requirements
