Software Engineer

Headquartered in Germany, our client is a market leading machine manufacturer. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Software Engineer (CAE/CAD) to join their Technology team.  Responsibilities You will be expected to provide technical support and conduct training on software products. You will support machine tool sales and software engineers in CNC programming. In addition, you will be responsible for providing customer support for sales on software products, licensing and pricing. You will also provide regional consultations for customers on the range of software products.  Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the sheet metal fabrication (SMF) industry. You should be proficient in CAE, CAD and CNC programming. The ideal candidate is a team-player and has excellent interpersonal skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
