Job Scope:

• Support project management efforts and facilitate coordination among in-house developers, vendors, customers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of systems. 
• Conduct comprehensive requirement studies, detailed systems analysis and design, and system testing for both new systems and enhancements. 
• Engage in discussions regarding SOP/EDI flows with business stakeholders. 
• Translate business unit requirements into actionable directives for applications (e.g., TMS, WMS, etc.). 
• Draft requirement specification documents and collaborate with system architects and developers to ensure proper project/system execution. 
• Conduct impact analyses on application changes and troubleshoot application issues as needed.
• Implement software changes to systems. 
• Collaborate with support team members to deliver product changes effectively and transition post-go-live support activities, offering escalated support when necessary. 
• Develop and execute plans for testing and training on new systems/features. 
• Conduct SIT and UAT with business stakeholders and customers, providing end-user training as required. 
• Offer technical support and advice to business units regarding applications. 
• Coordinate with customers to address new or modified business requirements. 
• Communicate with other business units to secure timely support and advice for applications.

• SQL Script, .NET, C#, Java
• Warehouse Management System
• Transport Management System
