Our client is a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of electronic components. The main role is to manage the internal system and troubleshoot issues when required.

Reporting to: IT Manager

【What you will be working on】
Software support:
-Install, configure, and provide support for a variety of software applications used throughout the company. 
-Collaborate with vendors to resolve software-related issues and implement updates

Network Support: 
-Assist in maintaining the company's local area network (LAN), ensuring connectivity and troubleshooting network issues. 
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls and antivirus solutions. 

User Support: 
- Provide first-level support to a user base (employees), addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. 
- Offer remote and on-site assistance, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.

【What they are looking for】
(Must)
- Diploma holder in IT or Computer Science
- Experience and knowledge of VB or .Net is required (Training will be provided for junior staff)
- Willing to learn and committed to work
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

(Preference)
- Exposure to Japanese companies would be advantageous!
