SOLUTION ARCHITECT

As the head of OTT video solutions for the Singapore and Southeast Asia region, you will act as an end‑to‑end video solutions expert, driving solution architecture, customer engagement, and project success. You will lead customised solution discussions with telecom operators, broadcasters, and media platforms, leveraging deep expertise across Middleware, networking, Origin, CDN, multi‑device clients, UI/UX, and ad systems.

Qualifications

Experience - 8+ years of technical experience in video streaming, with 3+ years as a solution architect or technical lead for OTT/DVB projects. Experience with Singapore or Southeast Asia telecom operators is strongly preferred.

E2E Expertise – Must have deep proficiency in at least 5 of the 7 domains (Middleware, Network, Origin, CDN, Multi‑device clients, UI/UX, Ad systems) and a strong working knowledge of the others.

Customer Engagement– Proven ability to independently lead solution discussions with C‑level/technical stakeholders, tailor solutions, and drive complex bids to success.

Communication & Leadership – Excellent spoken and written English. Able to align cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, sales, operations).

Education– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
