Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients / sales to understand their business needs, as well as with backend engineers to develop feasible working solutions and scope. 
• Prepare, execute & oversee technical proof-of-concept and its activities. 
• Create winning proposals with comprehensive statements of work. 
• Conduct technical presentations, webinars, and workshops to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or related fields. 
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT technical consultation, or related fields. 
• Process extensive technical expertise in cloud environment, preferably in AWS and/or Azure. 
• Possess broad technical knowledge across multiple technological domains, including Linux & Windows Server OS, web service stack (nginx, httpd, wsgi), data storage (cache, SQL DB), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps (GIT, Terraform, CI/CD pipeline), Active Directory (Forest, OU, GPO, CA, Trust, ADDS), Azure Entra (RBAC, AD Connect, Azure ADDS), Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Intune, licensing).
• Possess excellent communication and documentation skills. 
• Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability towards assigned tasks, and ability for continuous learning and improvement. 
• Possess scripting skills such as Python, Bash or PowerShell is a plus. 
• Certified in AWS, Azure at associate level and above is preferable.
