Solution Architect / Engineer

Requirements

 Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in solution architecture role

 Should have minimum 3 years of solution architecture experience delivering enterprise grade software solutions in cloud platform (AWS (must)).

 Possess a deep understanding of the insurance domain with expertise preferred in life/health, advisory distribution business.

 Hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and full-stack development.

 Hands-on experience in delivering holistic enterprise-grade solutions for areas like digital/cloud transformation

 Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms like GenAI with a strong self-initiative to keep up with evolving technological trends

 High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations

Key Responsibilities

 Act as expert in the plan, design, and delivery of end-to-end solution architecture/design.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cloud/infra, and business stakeholders, to drive solution.

 Drive and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the enterprise standard and agility.

 Drive short- & long-term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments.

 Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.

 Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and technical documentation.

 Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the overall stability and security of the systems.

 Recommend options to reduce costs, increase efficiency in IT and business leadership.
