Solution Sales Engineer (Mechanical/Industrial) - with Great Benefits

Responsibilities: 

• Develop new leads and offer professional assistance to the clients. 
• Oversee accounts throughout sales cycle and work with the client service executive and other departments. 
• Determine improvements for the products, carry out costings, bids, proposals, quotations, negotiation, and sales orders. 
• In-charge of providing weekly reports, addressing and resolve complaints from the clients. 
• Responsible for providing technical support, responsive services and prompt complain resolution. 
• Ensuring to maintain accurate record of the client’s contacts and sales services. 
• Cultivate excellent client relationships.
• Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Competent in MS Office Applications and conferencing software. 
• Knowledgeable in collecting, analyzing, processing and storing. 
• Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving. 
• With interpersonal skills and able to perform multi-tasking.
