Job Description - Solutions Manager

The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, strong working experience and perform the following role below:-

 

  • Oversee IT Infrastructure (secured systems & air-gapped network) used for delivering secured End User Computing (EUC) services, which includes authentication, authorization, audit and log services, encryption, single sign-on, end-point security, email and file services.​
  • Directly responsible for managing and operating the secured on-premises infrastructure including for security audits, assets management, capacity planning, procurement and deployment of servers/networking infrastructure used for EUC services within a team.
  • Responsible for designing and architecting IT solutions. Guide end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, along with change management activities.​
  • Conduct proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction that enable employee productivity.​
  • Review performance of EUC services with IT service providers, provide recommendations, and oversee resolution of operational/DR issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree or higher in IT or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Solutions/IT Manager in a medium or large MNC. 
  • Experienced in handling mass deployment projects for implementation of patches, upgrades, application migration and hardware replacement.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure (server/network/client/platform) concepts and security (defence-in-depth/zero-trust) concepts.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software (include servers, storage and endpoint) issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work at onsite, on-call for occasional after-hours support.
  • A good customer service attitude.
  • CISM/CISSP is a plus.
  • Singaporeans Only
