Sourcing Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

•             Procurement and project management of all premiums, POSM, & display materials

•             Managing the daily tracking and analysis of production requirements, ensuring that this data is communicated regularly to the Operations lead

•             E-Procurement:  effective  introduction  and  management  of  WLT e-procurement  and  job tracking systems

•             Technical Support: Provide first level support in resolving technical problems which will require knowledge of Premium types, methodologies, thorough understanding of MIS systems and familiarity with print technologies

•             Assume full responsibility for processing and production of all requests from receipt of brief through to final delivery and invoice preparation

•             Ensure all details from the client are accurately transferred to the WLT MIS system and central reporting files

•             Implements Best Practice in conjunction with wider WLT operations and ensure all client Service Levels (SLAs) are met

•             Regular liaison with clients and suppliers regarding production schedules;

•             Attends supplier meetings and manages the relationship; resolve complex supplier issues, and escalates to Operations Manager when needed

•             Work in  accordance to  Williams Lea Tag operating budget with an  understanding of P&L and  billing processes

Requirements

•             Experience in premiums/GWP sourcing, visual merchandising, shopper marketing or point of sales displays environment with at least 3-5 years’ experience in managing marketing materials, displays design and sourcing projects as well as commercial printing technologies

•             Strong understanding production and delivery processes providing technical input as required

•             Have excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D technologies with sound knowledge of packaging, print and display products

•             Advanced knowledge of Prototype and Sampling development

•             Must be flexible in order to succeed in a dynamic working environment with very strong communication, inter-personal and customer facing skills
