This role will require the individual to be responsible in sourcing of materials and products for the company.
- Handle daily tasks.
- Handle incoming shipment.
- Vendor/ Supplier sourcing.
- Manage and track Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order on the internal system to make sure the product are delivered on time.
- Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and monitor stock levels of inventory items.
- Ensure sufficient supply of material to meet production needs
- Ensure materials quality from supplier as per expecting
- Ensure and promote compliance to company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
- Fluent in Chinese / English speaking
- 3 years experience preferred
- Above Diploma education level preferred
