Sourcing Manager - Licensed Sport Apparel - Regional - Competitive Pay

Job Description:

• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for licensed sports apparel in Southeast Asia, in coordination with senior management.
• Collaborate with suppliers to deliver high-quality, trendy products at competitive prices.
• Build a reliable supplier network and explore new options to meet business goals.
• Recommend and onboard new suppliers/factories, focusing on improving processes continuously.
• Work closely with teams like Merchandisers, Product Development, and Sales & Marketing to introduce new products.
• Use negotiation skills and cost expertise to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness, maximizing profits.
• Efficiently manage multiple product categories and handle additional tasks or projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a significant Southeast Asian Sourcing/Buying office is necessary.
• Strong connections and a network of suppliers and factories in Southeast Asia are essential.
• Knowledge of licensed sports apparel is preferred.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction is a must.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in negotiation and communication, with a proactive and dynamic approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
