Sourcing Specialist (Electronic component)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing activities for electronic components in the APAC region.
• Handle incoming service request inquiries from the Sales Team and update pricing in our in-house ERP system.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Team (Singapore and Hong Kong) to ensure accurate quantity and quality of received goods.
• Initiate contact with potential suppliers/vendors through cold-calling.
• Assess and qualify suppliers/vendors.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing suppliers/vendors.
• Monitor relevant markets and analyze how changes will impact supply and pricing conditions.
• Retrieve service request inquiries from the Sales Team and update pricing in the CRM.

Requirements:

• This position requires frequent phone calls.
• Must be committed and have a strong desire to learn and excel.
• Proactive, quick-witted, and energetic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
