Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook all food according to the standard set by the Society to ensure an efficient delivery of food service
- Plans, directs, controls and coordinates the activities of other kitchen personnel
- Supervises team members to ensure the correct standards and service are maintained
- Develop and plan menu for monthly special and food promotion
- Create and produce recipes for new food item
- Maintain adequate inventory of food
- To ensure smooth daily operation in the kitchen
Requirements
Western culinary skills with at least 5 years of experience
Able to manage numerous tasks and delegate responsibilities
