We are a premium wellness destination specializing in authentic Thai massage therapies and holistic wellness treatments. We are seeking an experienced Spa Consultant who is passionate about wellness, possesses strong sales capabilities, and can provide professional treatment recommendations to guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and conduct professional spa consultations to understand their wellness concerns, lifestyle, and treatment preferences.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments, massage therapies, and wellness programs based on guests' needs.
• Explain the benefits, contraindications, and expected outcomes of various Thai massage and spa treatments.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximize treatment and package sales.
• Manage reservations, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Promote spa packages, memberships, gift vouchers.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with therapists and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards at all times.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Authentic Thai Spa, luxury spa, wellness centre, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Traditional Thai Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Foot Reflexology, Herbal Compress Therapy, and other common spa treatments.
• Ability to conduct detailed treatment consultations and recommend suitable therapies based on guests' requirements.
• Proven experience in spa sales, package sales, membership sales, or wellness consulting.
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Thai language proficiency is essential to communicate effectively with Thai therapists, discuss treatment protocols, coordinate operations, assist Thai-speaking guests, and ensure accurate consultation outcomes.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Proficient in reservation systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in luxury spas, wellness centres, hotel spas, or authentic Thai spa operations.
• Understanding of wellness, holistic therapies, and guest consultation techniques.
