Job Description - SPA SALES MANAGER

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and train the spa sales team to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Oversee promotional activities and events to enhance spa visibility and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for management.
Collaborate with the spa management team to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for the wellness and spa industry.
