Perform day-to-day operational tasks relating to employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, and talent management
Support talent acquisition through job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing, verification and screening of candidates
Implement new hire onboarding and offboarding programs, and other initiatives, leveraging digitalisation, along the employee journey to bring about an enhanced experience
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and employment practices and implement changes to ensure compliance
Collaborate closely with Workplace Experience to support and implement employee engagement activities
Implement employee surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee issues and needs
Manage day-to-day employee inquiries and issues, escalating complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate levels
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)
Minimum 1-2 years relevant HR working experience
Good knowledge of the specifics of employment law
Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiatives
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Preferably previous professional experience in multi-cultural environment
