Position Summary:
- This position will be responsible to assist the Specialist IT Services and follow their direction to carry out activities required to provide a high level of IT support to the Singapore site and users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Specialist IT Services and follow their direction to carry out activities required to provide a high level of IT support to the Singapore site and users.
- Provide on-site support services to end users, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network components in adherence to ITIL service delivery processes.
- Provide end user device support and configuration for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Respond promptly to incidents, service requests, and other technical queries reported by end users, utilising ServiceNow for efficient ticket management, and tracking through to resolution.
- Maintain proactive and on-going communication with end users, keeping them up to date with the progress of their tickets.
- Assist with the physical installation, upgrade, and maintenance of on-site network, server and storage infrastructure as directed by the Specialist IT Services and/or IT Operations team.
- Maintain a stock of devices and keep accurate IT asset inventory records to manage device lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
- Educate end-users on proper software and hardware usage, promoting IT literacy within the organisation and encouraging the use of self-service options available via ServiceNow.
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Experience supporting Windows OS
- Microsoft Office support experience
- Experience supporting iPhone, and Android mobile devices
- Active Directory administration experience (including users, groups, shares, and network printers)
- Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
- Strong initiative and self-direction
