Key Responsibilities:
⢠Specify our products successfully with interior designers, architects, main contractors and developers, presenting compelling proposals to secure product inclusion in their projects.
⢠Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through fostering new client relationships and increasing market share.
⢠Manage the entire project sales cycle, from securing product specifications to closing actual sales.
⢠Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of specification activities, client engagements, and project progress for effective reporting.
⢠Collect and analyze market insights to support strategic business decisions
Requirements
⢠Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products industry.
⢠Extensive understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
⢠Highly motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
⢠Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in coordinating efforts across various internal departments.
⢠Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools effective
