Sports Massage Therapist

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sports massage treatments to our diverse client base, helping them recover from injuries and improve their athletic performance.

What you'll be doing

• Performing therapeutic sports massages to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation and promote faster recovery for clients
• Assessing each client's needs and developing customised treatment plans to address their specific concerns
• Educating clients on proper self-care and providing guidance on stretching and rehabilitation exercises
• Maintaining detailed records of client treatments and progress
• Ensuring a clean, safe and professional treatment environment
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide holistic care for clients

What we're looking for

• Recognised qualification in Sports Massage Therapy or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience providing sports massage treatments to athletes and active individuals
• Excellent knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as a deep understanding of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and other healthcare providers
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for health, wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals
