Our client is committed to develop an upcoming trend of Hair Styling and Hair Spa in an all-ladies environment. They seek qualified experienced Senior Hair Stylist cum Assistant Manager with demonstrated creativity and talent to style, treat, cut and provide a rewarding and satisfying customer experience, while developing a lasting and fulfilling relationship with clients.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and motivate a team of hair stylists to provide excellent service to customers so as to meet target
• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair and listening to their needs to determine their preferences;
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits;
• Cutting, Shampooing, Colouring, Perming and etc;
• Scalp treatment;
• Selling hair care retail products;
• Building personal relationship with customers to ensure return visits;
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards;
• Maintaining exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Oversee inventory and top-up in advance whenever necessary
• Managing attendance file scheduling
• To train and guide the assistant or hairdresser

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must 1 year experience as hairstylist with cutting, washing experience

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Arab Street
• Working Days/Hours : 6 days/11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm
• Salary : $2800 higher + commission + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
