Provide comprehensive HR advisory services in two different areas as outlined below:
1. Singapore/Malaysia Office Expansion
a) Explore and research startup services to support HR.
b) Build compensation guidelines and structure to pay competitively.
c) Onboard HR team.
d) Set up insurance benefits and create Employee Handbook in partnership with HR team.
e) Manage stakeholder communications in Rewards governance and compliance.
2. Design and implement compensation philosophy, a comprehensive job architecture framework, salary structure, and pay practices to support the Company's compensation and talent management programs. Deliverable will include:
i. Job Architecture and Compensation Framework Design
a. Development of a standardized job architecture, including job families, job functions, career streams, job levels, and job codes across the organization.
b. Review and analysis of existing positions to align roles with the proposed job architecture framework.
c. Mapping jobs to relevant external market survey benchmarks, including compensation survey data from Redford and Mercer.
d. Creation of a consistent job leveling methodology to support career progression, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
e. Development of job family definitions and level descriptors for all applicable functions and disciplines.
f. Assignment of job codes and survey match codes to facilitate ongoing participation in compensation surveys and market benchmarking.
g. Validation of market matches and benchmarking methodology to ensure accurate alignment with Redford and Mercer compensation survey data.
h. Recommendations for salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation positioning based on survey results and the Company's compensation philosophy.
i. Delivery of documentation, guidelines, and implementation recommendations to support ongoing maintenance of the job architecture and compensation framework.
ii. Create Job Architecture and build Compensation structure with strong governance to attract and retain in a dynamic talent market.
iii. Final Executive Presentation and Implementation Guide.
iv. Facilitate Change Management and ongoing Compensation education.
v. Provide guidance on job/grade assignment, process governance and Workday setup.
vi. Manage compensation and benefits selection process.
vii. Work in close partnership with external providers to review benefits competitiveness and cost optimization in view of rising medical costs.
