Sr Ops Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring & Dashboard Development

  • Design, implement, and maintain operational dashboards to track KPIs, productivity, and compliance metrics.

  • Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making and process optimization.

  • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to both leadership and ground teams.

• Training & Workforce Development

  • Develop and deliver structured training programs for ground workers to enhance operational knowledge, safety, and efficiency.

  • Conduct regular workshops and refresher courses to maintain high standards of performance.

  • Collaborate with HR and line managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.

• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

  • Standardize processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.

• Communication & Presentation

  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations to management, stakeholders, and ground teams.

  • Translate complex operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

• Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or supply chain.

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

• Excellent training and coaching skills with experience in workforce development.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
