Develop and deliver structured training programs for ground workers to enhance operational knowledge, safety, and efficiency.
Conduct regular workshops and refresher courses to maintain high standards of performance.
Collaborate with HR and line managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Standardize processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.
Communication & Presentation
Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations to management, stakeholders, and ground teams.
Translate complex operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration through effective communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or supply chain.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Excellent training and coaching skills with experience in workforce development.
Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
