We collaborate with all Facilities Network and cross-functional groups such as Procurement, Finance, Planning and Strategic PMO teams to drive deliverables that support both the Organization\u0027s and Company\u0027s goals. Key areas include Budgeting and Funding Process, Cost Savings, Cost Performance Metrics, and Quarterly Facilities Business Planning. \n \nRole and Responsibilities \nCapital Management\n\n * Coordinate budgeting and funding reviews with the facilities network, Finance, Procurement, and Planning stakeholders.\n\n * Drive continuous improvement across capital management processes, incorporating expanded scopes and long-term metrics to enhance efficiency and governance.\n\n * Oversee project execution, monitor PO and project progress with stakeholders towards completion, and identify mitigation plans to resolve risks in project delays.\n\n * Define cost-saving strategies with Project Owners, Engineering, and Procurement stakeholders.\n\n\n\n\nCapital Data Integration\n\n * Develop \u0026 support reporting capabilities, such as Power Bi Data Analytic, to enable detailed data analysis.\n\n * Partner with Planning, Finance, Procurement and Strategic PMO stakeholders to examine spend trends, cost drivers, and cost performance.\n\n * Ensure accurate spend data and collaborate with Project Owners to meet Capex Compliance Metrics.\n\n\n\n\nStrategic Capital Program\n\n * Govern and support facilities \u0026 construction project cost-related processes, benchmarking, and performance metrics.\n\n * Collaborate with Planning to examine the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and assess high-level scenario impacts for Facilities.\n\n * Oversee Facilities capital programs and business processes, providing continuous support to address complex issues and close any gaps\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * Experienced in facilities project cost management \u0026 workflow.\n\n * Ability to design and implement cost management process guidelines from the ground up (from concept to execution).\n\n * Ability to effectively organize and facilitate meetings.\n\n * Demonstrate Program Management capability to manage cost projects effectively through the project lifecycle.\n\n * Familiarity and able to navigate cost information system applications such as SAP, FMS. Relevant experience from Facilities, Planning, or Procurement is considered an advantage.\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n * Strong collaboration and excellent interpersonal skills\n\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n * Adaptability to embrace Business Volatility.\n\n * Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy\n\n * Demonstrate high level integrity in managing sensitive data.\n\n * Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect.\n\n * Able to develop long term working relationship and trust across the Global Facilities network.\n\n * Effective team player\n\n\n\n\nEducation \u0026 Experience\n\n * Bachelor of commerce, Business, Engineering or Finance\n\n * Minimum 4 years of experience in semiconductor industry\n\n\n\n\n### \n\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
