ID:\n\nJR90594 SR/STAFF ENGINEER, FECOS CPIE YE\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks:\n\n * Lead Strategic Initiatives\n * Lead high\u2011impact, cross\u2011functional initiatives to drive yield improvement across DRAM/NAND/HBM technologies.\n * Lead the AI transformation of YMS systems in partnership with Fab and SMAI teams.\n * Provide strong technical leadership to deliver complex projects in collaboration with Fab, TD, PE, and GQ partners.\n * Yield Pareto Benchmarking / Modelling\n * Identify actionable yield improvement opportunities through cross-fab pareto benchmarking.\n * Develop and enhance yield models for DRAM/NAND/HBM technologies.\n * Optimize and sustain methodologies to set targets for yield program (5-bucket, detractor targets).\n * Revalidate models based on actual performance.\n * BKM Deployment\n * Lead YE SWAT team to define, align, and deploy BKMs across global YE network.\n * Drive standardization adoption of BKMs across sites and foster a unified approach to yield engineering.\n\n\n\nCollaboration:\n\n * Partner closely with site and central cross\u2011functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.\n * Demonstrate strong team\u2011player mindset and the ability to unify multiple stakeholders toward common goals.\n * Work with high attention to detail while being able to operate independently when needed.\n * Support transformation initiatives to elevate systems, methodologies, tools, and skills to best\u2011in\u2011industry level.\n * Prioritize and manage global enhancements that improve business processes and system capabilities.\n\n\n\nCommunication:\n\n * Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats to influence, align, and drive decision\u2011making.\n * Work independently with strong self\u2011motivation and minimal supervision.\n\n\n\nRequirement and Technical Competency:\n\n * 3+ years of experience in PIE; understanding of Process/Product Integration preferred. YE experience is an advantage.\n * High proficiency in data analytic tools such as Yield3, JMP, Python to perform yield analysis.
