Ltd.\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Hardware Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nProduct and Test Development Engineering (PDTE) is seeking an experienced Digital Processors and Sensors Characterization Engineer to develop test and characterization solutions supporting:\n\n * New Product Introduction (NPI), including Silicon Validation and Characterization\n * Manufacturing enablement of Qualcomm System-on-Chip (SoC) products\n\n\n\nThis role provides strong growth and specialization opportunities within Digital Test Engineering. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast\u2011paced, dynamic environment and be passionate about:\n\n * Delivering high\u2011quality results\n * Driving efficiency improvements and lessons learned\n * Supporting technical issue escalations and communicating effectively with management\n\n\n\n## Requirements\n\n * 6+ years of industry experience as a Product and Test Development Engineer\n\n * Hands\u2011on experience in Processors or Sensors performance characterization\n * Experience with ATE test program development\n * Solid understanding of VLSI technologies and familiarity with Digital Baseband products\n\n * Programming experience in C/C++/VB/Java/Python is a plus\n\n * Experience with AI programming tools (e.g. Claude Code) is a plus\n\n * Experience with data analytics tools such as O+, Data Power, Exensio, and basic Machine Learning concepts is an added advantage\n\n * Knowledge of Digital Communication concepts and Semiconductor Physics\n\n * Experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)\n\n * Advantest 93K experience is preferred\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
