YOUR ROLE 

Within the Back-End Engineering team supporting the Power Discrete Group (P&D) products, focusing on plastic packages (Power Discrete Packages, Power Modules, Know Good Die), you will be in charge of

• To manage the handover from BE R&D teams to divisions and to ensure a smooth industrialization as well as regular maintenance of the product for the entire life cycle
• To be the primary interface between Power & Discrete / divisions and BEMT/QMT organizations (package R&D, GOBM, BEMT NPI team) and support the involved stakeholders on : package development, NPI, transfer program among BE plants (internal and external), new material qualification, divisions/product group package road map and process brick.
• To be the divisions/ product group representative (advocate) during the meeting with BEMT / QMT organization and other stakeholders
• To manage the technical project timeline at P&D group /divisions level according to BEMT/QMT guidelines and divisions time to volume and time to market
• To drive at divisions/ P&D group level data analysis for product at MAT30, (i.e. main yield detractor, NRT,  output) and support yield improvement program in agreement with BEMT/QMT guidelines and divisions/P&D group KPI. 
• Collaborate with teams across ST China, Japan and Malaysia site. 

Those activities will require an extensive networking and to cooperate with multiple partners such as :

• The Back-End sites (ST or subcontractors) and their organizations
• The different product engineering teams (Product, Front-End & Back-End) located in Italy, France, and in Asia

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master Degree in Material, Mechanics & Physics
• Strong experience on project management , risk analysis and data analysis
• Ability to handler multi divisional projects across different Back End plants
• Strong ability on working in team
• Good know how on process development, change management, DOE approach, FMEA, flow chart and control plan 
• Problem solving methodologies 
• This position requires strong communication skills on technical aspects and early warning awareness 
• Leadership skills and team spirit approach among within different stakeholders are a must
• To be proactive and ability to work under pressure, whenever needed
• Ability to travel whenever required
