Staff Engineer - Cost Analytics

Analyze data to identify cost drivers, trends, and actionable insights Extract, consolidate, cleanse, and model data from systems and stakeholder data Develop analytics solutions and dashboards for global, cross‑functional stakeholders Own and drive cost analytics programs to track performance against company cost targets Partner with global stakeholders, working closely with Finance and Cost teams to drive actions toward cost KPIs using data‑driven insights and dashboards Ensure data quality and continuously improve analytics solutions to support evolving cost targets Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics‑focused roles Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SAP, Snowflake) Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Python or scripting experience is a plus
