STAFF ENGINEER, PEE WET PROCESS

Establish and improve process condition and technology. ​ Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. ​ Establish and modify process management projects. ​ Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. ​ Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. ​ Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues. ​ ​ ​ Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related Science discipline. Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in wet process wafer fabrication Strong technical expertise in single‑wafer wet process equipment and wafer processing systems. Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives focused on cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization. Demonstrated experience in process and equipment development, including enabling and transferring FOAK (First‑of‑a‑Kind) processes into production. Advanced data analytics capability, with practical experience in SPC, DOE, and defect analysis to drive data‑driven decisions. Experience working with equipment vendors to drive process alignment and technology scaling. Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the wet process module ​​
