Job Description - Staff HR Generalist

Key Job Accountabilities :

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Assist and drive the development of appropriate compensation & benefits projects at the worldwide level Countries covered include Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan
  • Deploy annual programs such as salary benchmark, focal review, variable pay and performance appraisal across worldwide.
  • Ensure timely and accurate administration of compensation and benefits matters.

 

Expatriates’ administration

 

  • Manage expatriate administration, including handling issues related to work passes, taxes, relocations, and other expatriate matters

 

HR Operations

 

  • Handle a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and communication.
  • Administer plant-wide day-to-day activities, including processes for new hires, confirmations, and resignations
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by supervisor
