Staff Nurse

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs on admission and throughout their stay.
• Plan and implement care.
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress.
• Document care and maintain patient records.
• Provide safe, competent nursing care.
• Participate in physician rounds and follow prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for seamless patient care.
• Communicate patient progress with physicians and care team.
• Educate patients and families on health, disease prevention, and rehabilitation.
• Ensure continuity of care and follow-ups.
• Maintain a compassionate and caring attitude.
• Ensure proper equipment use and maintain a safe environment.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide nursing students and junior staff.
• Participate in clinical and service quality activities.
• Stay updated on current nursing practices.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• At least 2 years of acute care experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an SNB-approved institution.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate, positive, and caring nature.
• Good clinical skills and knowledge.
• Willing to work 3 rotating shifts.
