Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• Provides health education and information to patients/family 
• Provides supervision, guidance and direction to junior nurses
• Document nursing care in all assigned patient records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate
• Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
