STEEL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)

Job Description:

• Analysis and design of variety of steel structures (including connections) for Airport logistics.
• Direct and supervise draftsmen in developing detailed construction drawings as per applicable codes.
• Prepare design calculations, BOQs and specifications as per applicable standards.
• Co-ordinate with other disciplines, such as Architecture & MEP to develop a compatible design.
• Knowledge of BIM.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent and above.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Possess experience in Steel Structural Analysis, Tekla Structures, Staad Pro, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Project Planning & Monitoring Analytical, time management aptitude is preferred as well.
• Applicant MUST be willing to travel and work on overseas projects.
• A responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good problem solving, organisational, IT and communication skills
• Ability to adapt, multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in team environment incorporating engineering, sales, and management functions.
