Job Description

1、According to the annual store expansion goals to develop expansion programs

2、Evaluate and negotiate the business district and store site selection, and be responsible for the results of store location, cost, etc.

3、Docking with store construction suppliers to ensure the progress of store construction

4、Maintain the relationship with real estate developers and Mall cooperative departments

Position Requirements

1, very familiar with the local retail market and shopping district business model

2、At least 5 years of experience in store development.

3、With local business groups, Mall, real estate group related cooperation resources

4、Singapore local recruitment, not expatriate

5、Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
