Store Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

- Store Manager in Training

- Provide excellent customer service according to company service standards

- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers

- Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

- Store operations

- Inventory management

- Maintain floor display area and VM as per company standards

- Training for new staff

Requirements:

-Required Language: English & Chinese Mandarin (in order to communicate with chinese customer and china counterpart)

- Interested in sales and enjoys meeting people

- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

- Good team player, can-do attitude, self-motivated, sales oriented, problem solver & adapt to change

- Relevant experience in managing role

- Education Level Diploma and above
