As a Store Manager you will provide valuable business insights, enforce retail excellence standards, address performance issues, identify high-potential talents, and oversee daily store operations and retail associates.

Job Description:

• Retail experience in the management of a store or counter is essential, as is the confidence to sell products requiring specialist knowledge and the willingness to embrace demonstration-based sales techniques.
• Managing day-to-day operation of the retail store.
• Ensuring all team members uphold and demonstrate product approach on customer service.
• Budgeting and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Review and analyze store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs.
• Support Marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns.
• Managing and coaching a team of retail consultants

Job Requirements:

• An open mindset combined with a curiosity to understand others, listen without bias and respond to various viewpoints.

• Dedication to cultivating a work environment that is both inclusive and psychologically secure.

• Prior involvement in retail, ideally in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity within a store, with a preference for a minimum of three years of experience. This should include familiarity with products demanding specialized expertise and sales techniques centered around demonstrations, ideally within the beauty sector.
• Exceptional prowess in communication and adeptness in managing people.
• Comprehensive understanding of skincare.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly MS Office.
• Demonstrated aptitude for solving problems.
• An authentic commitment to the retail sector and the ability to function autonomously.
