Store Manager (Luxury Swimwear / Orchard)

Our client is a luxury swimwear company currently looking to welcome a Store Manager to lead their team, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the brand's high standards of service and presentation. This position will be based around Orchard region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team to meet individual and store sales objectives.
• Provide daily coaching to enhance staff skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Oversee customer relationship management, including luxury clientele handling, hosting VIP events, expanding the customer database, and improving client retention.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays align with the brand's standards.
• Manage stock organization to maintain store efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within retail.
• Passion for luxury products and craftsmanship; an appreciation for ocean conservation is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and guide retail teams effectively.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• A successful history of managing and driving sales teams.
