Store Manager (MARNI - New Store Opening)

To cope with our business expansion, we are now seeking a dynamic and high caliber person for following position.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate staff to boost sales and achieve sales target
• Ensure smooth store daily operation and maintain positive brand image
• Analyze key data and strategies to enhance the business
• Provide training and coaching to the store staff on the day by day activities
• Identify and manage any performance issues according to company standard
• Motivate and drive a strong team
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain customer relations and build customer/ VIP database 
• Location: MBS

Requirements:

• 5-7 years' experience in retail industry with at least 4 years at shop supervisory level
• Previous experience in Luxury sector is preferred
• Strong ability in staff management
• Good communications skills in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, hardworking, mature, strong team work and enthusiastic attitude
