Job Description:
Join our team as a Store Manager in leading the operations in the store. You play the role of an entrepreneur, responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory control and performance of the store with a group of team members that work closely with you. The ideal candidate is a driven leader who can turn our store into a sweet success story.
Your Top Duty & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of store
- Recruit, train and supervise store staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and store performance
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for raw materials, ingredients, supplies and merchandise. Minimize waste and spoilage by implementing effective inventory control measures
- Maintain high standard of product quality and consistency by overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages and ensuring adherence to recipes and standards
- Ensure store is at tip top condition and maintain hygienic environment and workplace for customers and staff
- Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve store targets
- Communicate with Operation Managers and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff
- Analyze store performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, employee productivity. Prepare regular reports and communicate findings to management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Hospital Management or related field is not mandatory but an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS (Point of Sale) systems and possesses good learning attitude for new system
- Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance. Able to lead by example and set a good role model to the team member
- Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
