Store Officer

Job Roles

• Control issuance and receiving of all materials stored in the Engineering warehouse. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing items are in good working condition.
• Responsible for incoming shipments/deliveries from vendors and ensuring via inspections that the items received are in good working condition.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentations of all materials, equipment and fuel deliveries.
• Conduct regular housekeeping of material stores in a clear and effective manner, and keep track of all products with shelf life and flammable goods.
• Facilitate the processing of warranty claims and delivery exchanges.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations.
• Assist and ensure compliance for audits and stock takes related to store.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirements 

• Candidates must possess a NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field
• Prior work experience in storekeeping, warehouse and logistics
• Experience in computerized stock systems would be advantageous
• Candidates must be physically fit as he / she might need to assist in labor/manual work
