Job Description - Store Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

  • Assist with opening and closing of the store

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide basic customer service support

  • Assist in stock receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory checks

  • Ensure store cleanliness, tidiness, and proper display of merchandise

  • Support cashiering duties and basic POS operations (if required)

  • Coordinate with supervisors, store managers, and other team members

  • Assist in preparing daily reports and operational records

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent

  • Prior experience in retail /  store operations is an advantage

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
