Store Operator - Shoes/Key/Bag Services - Urgent Role

Responsibilities: 

• Perform various hands-on tasks including shoe repairs, key duplication, changing watch batteries and watch bands, and handbag repair. 
• Ensure all services are completed to a high standard and meet customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice to customers, helping them find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Efficiently receive, check, and arrange merchandise. Creatively set up displays to enhance product visibility and appeal, thereby driving sales.
• Handle cashiering duties proficiently. Use the POS register system effectively to complete sales transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and complaints with professionalism and patience. Foster a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain the shop’s cleanliness and organization. Ensure a neat, tidy, and inviting store environment for customers and staff.
• Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and participating in inventory audits to prevent stock discrepancies.

Requirements: 

• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or similar role.
• Good attention to detail to ensure high-quality service. 
• Able to work independently.
