Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary

You will manage stockroom operations ensuring accurate inventory control and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies accurately to maintain stockroom organization
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues to accounting for reimbursement and record accuracy
• Coordinate freight handling, equipment movement, and perform minor repairs to support operations
• Maintain detailed receipts, records, and withdrawals to ensure proper inventory control
• Return, pack, and label supplies to support stock-related processes
• Manage documentation to confirm adequate stock levels and inventory accuracy
• Maintain and upkeep tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Drive company lorries to deliver and collect goods according to schedule
• Load and unload goods safely during deliveries and collections
• Document all deliveries with proper delivery orders and sign-offs
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly
• Check and maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic conditions such as fuel, oil, water, and tyres
• Comply with traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies while driving
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in English for effective communication and correspondence
• Computer literacy for recordkeeping and inventory management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
• Forklift License
• Does not require visa sponsorship

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Willingness to perform overtime when required

Working Hours / Days

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00pm
