- Ensure that the store is opened punctually and computer systems are user-ready
- Upselling weekly specials and practice plus-selling
- Handling payments/ cash flow in the pharmacy
- Maintain proper daily sales records and perform data entry into SAP system
- Maintain and monitor stock levels and replenish stocks in the pharmacy
- Perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers and error reports
- Conduct briefing for promoters
- Assist in compiling information and filing of retail documents in a neat and organized manner.
- Assist to generate monthly reports for analysis/checks
- Assist to coach and orientate new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
- Minimum possess of N/O/A Level or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
