Strategic Account Manager (Own transport/Construction/Up to $5500)

Responsibilities:

• Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders. 
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners. 
• Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts against annual KPI assigned.
   

Requirements:

• Singaporean only!
• Diploma or equivalent experience in construction business. 
• Must have own vehicle.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience to work with local developers as well as Architects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
