## Job Responsibilities\n\nThis position as a Strategic Commodity Manager is an individual contributor within the Supply Chain organization managing a particular commodity - Power Box. His/ Her core responsibilities include getting the Finished Goods delivered as per plan. Other responsibilities include organizing and controlling business/contracts/negotiations for strategic acquisition of materials and services of technical or contractual nature. He/She will be responsible for driving supplier contract management, conducting supplier negotiations, analytically formulating and executing comprehensive supplier management strategies based on semiconductor technology landscape and global business environment.\n\n## Other Job Responsibilities\n\n * Develop and execute strategic commodity plan for the commodity (Power Box)\n * Facilitate Global Supplier Agreement negotiations, renegotiations, and contract addendums\n * Execute to continuous supplier improvement plans in relation to cost \u0026 operations delivery \n * Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product/Manufacturing/Quality/Procurement \u0026 Finance) to resolve supply challenges\n * Define and engage suppliers for NPI product\n\n\n\n## Minimum Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline with more than 7 years of working experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, or Production Planning environment (Preferably in Semiconductor industry)\n * Strong technical knowledge of complex build-to-print integrated assemblies\n * Strong communication skills to develop relationships (internal/external)\n * Strong project management experience coupled with analytical/problem-solving skills\n * Ability to priortize work \u0026 multiple-task in fast paced environment\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
