Strategic Development Director

We are seeking a Strategic Development Director to lead and drive resource mobilization efforts for one of our projects across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating institutional and philanthropic partnerships, and identifying new funding opportunities to support the project's long-term sustainability and its impact.

This is a project-based position and working closely with the Client's Board member, Senior Management Team, and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with foundations, bilateral and multilateral donors, corporate partners, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify new opportunities and oversee the end-to-end proposal development and reporting processes.
• Strengthen strategic partnerships and ensure an exceptional donor experience through targeted stewardship and development communications.
• Lead, mentor, and build capability within the Development team, establishing clear performance goals and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Board, and cross-functional leaders to align development activities with organizational mission and values.
