Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with important clients in Asia Pacific.
- Recognize the client's needs, goals, and issues to provide unique solutions.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue and business objectives.
- Determine and pursue new business possibilities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, technical, and operational teams, to ensure that solutions and services are delivered seamlessly.
- Work with internal stakeholders to match products to customer needs.
- Keep up to date on industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor activity.
- Carry out market analysis on a regular basis to uncover new opportunities and potential threats.
- Oversee contract discussions, ensuring that both the client and company technology benefit.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to conclude agreements.
- Track and measure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any concerns as they arise to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in any related discipline
- Prior experience as a Strategic Account Manager or same role in a Security or Technology Industry.
- In-depth experience with CCTV, security access control systems, alarm systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
