Strategic Management Manager – Multiple Locations (China, SG, ID, TH)

This position can be based in China, Singapore, Indonesia, or Thailand. Willingness to travel for business trips is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Macro Strategy & Government Alignment:

Analyze national development strategies and policy directions in Southeast Asian countries. Identify government and national-level institutional needs in areas such as smart energy, digital education, smart transportation, and smart cities.

2. Integrated Solution Design:

Integrate diversified resources of the Hisense Group to design comprehensive solutions combining "technology + services + infrastructure" tailored for government clients.

3. Top-level Planning for Large-scale B2B/B2G Projects:

Lead strategic planning, feasibility analysis, and top-level design of national-level projects, promoting integrated R&D, manufacturing, and sales operations to support industrial transformation.

Requirements:

- Investment Banking / Financial Background:

Experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, or infrastructure financing (e.g., PPP projects). Strong financial modeling and capital structuring capabilities to support overseas investment and research center development.

- Overseas Expansion Experience in Large B2B Enterprises:

Experience in leading overseas business expansion in major Chinese enterprises or infrastructure companies. Familiar with global expansion and localization strategies, with strong experience in government and enterprise-level negotiations.

- Multidisciplinary Competencies:

Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, smart energy, and interactive display systems. Excellent cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and resource integration abilities, with a global strategic mindset.
